Providing care and support for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, HIV infected orphans and vulnerable children is a high priority for AIDS COMBAT INTERNATIONAL (ACI). Palliative care for people living with HIV/ AIDS includes symptom management, basic health care, social and emotional support, and end-of-life care. Interventions on behalf of orphans and vulnerable children seek to strengthen the capacity of families, communities, and affected children to respond to the AIDS crises. ACI’S interventions are helping communities provide care, counselling, psychological support as well as material assistance such as food, school fees and clothing and Anti Retroviral Therapy to HIV infected children (age 1-14yrs)
